What to expect when you arrive to the clinic :
Registration at reception to check that all the details we have for you are correct.
Child and family will be seen by the paediatric nurse who will do the observations required including temperature, weight and height
Meeting you consultant and start the consultation, examination and treatment plan discussed.
If tests are needed then this could be done onsite and usually in the same day if child’s condition allows
Prescription and medications could be dispensed onsite or via the hospital pharmacy at 81.
If self pay, you will be directed to the PA office for payment (credit/ debt card , cash and cheques are also accepted.)
